IICRC Certified

The IICRC is a certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries. In partnership with regional and international trade associates, the IICRC serves more than 25 countries with offices in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. The IICRC standards serve to develop common, industry-accepted language and terminology that enables us to more universally discuss concepts and procedures regarding cleaning, inspection and restoration.

EPA Lead Safe Certified

The EPA Lead-Safe Firm Certification ensures proper lead-safe practice during renovation including: work-area containment to prevent lead paint dust and debris and minimizing exposure to lead paint hazards by thoroughly cleaning the site after project completion.

The APTS of NY is a 501(c)6 non-profit organization. They unite the housing community across NY through leadership, advocacy, education, & networking. You may know them as The New York Capital Region Apartment Association (NYCRAA) or even Under One Roof (UOR). In 2020, they went through a large territory expansion covering most of the state. In 2022, they decided a rebrand was in order to condense the two brands into one and also include their territories outside the Capital Region with their goal to protect residents and owners in mind.
