A LMay 30, 2024Justine and Erica did an awesome job! (Sorry ladies if I misheard your names). They were very kind and efficient, and made friends with our cat which is always a plus. The sewage mess is all cleaned up now, thank goodness. Much appreciated! (This is Ashley L in Albany)Matt SmithMay 11, 2024Amazing company. Very fast and very thorough to get my mess cleaned up. Glad they were our first call before it got worse. They were great working through the insurance process as well. Had I not called them, I would be in a much worse predicament. Special thanks to Jeff Stack for his professionalism.edward schmidtApril 27, 2024Had an emergency - a blocked sewer line that had been professionally cleaned out. The sludge had splattered on the basement floor, walls and washing machine. Thanks to the help of CJ at McFawn - they arrived as soon as the line was cleared. Erica came from McFawn and did an excellent job of cleaning everything - including the floor of the bathroom adjacent to the splattered area. I would highly recommend their service. They are very professional. Thank you again!Loredana CiceroApril 26, 2024Alex and Scott made this job super easy and were a pleasure to deal with! I would recommend Macfawn to all of my friends and family. I just want to thank Conor, Cameron, and Tanner too for the good job done!Antoneo CiceroApril 24, 2024Alex, Cameron, and Scott did a great job, would recommendjanice kerwinApril 9, 2024Erica & Justine worked very hard at Town Hall. They were beyond polite and helped out when needed. We could not access the basement and it was completely closed off to us, as it was where they were working. We asked if they could go downstairs and open the outside door, they went all the across the full basement to open up the outside door that was jammed. It’s an old building and they are doing a great job and always seem to be smiling and happy while they work. These 2 girls work fast and are efficient.Michael VenutiApril 5, 2024The staff of MacFawn Fire & Flood Restoration were truly a pleasure to work with. Their commitment to customer service was evident with the first phone call with Sarah. Sarah provided an informative, helpful and convincing description of the MacFawn process for mold remediation. From there the process moved along smoothly with Zach, the estimator, explaining his role and discussing the preparation and process of remediation and associated requirements. The primary staff on site, Scott and Connor, were professional, helpful, patient and provided an excellent outcome. They even provided photos as the work progressed, which I appreciated. Austin, the project manager, was excellent to work with as he answered all my questions, addressed all issues before and during the project, and was on site and in contact with me on a regular basis. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Overall, the performance of the MacFawn team was outstanding and I would, without hesitation, use their services again.Matt MonroeApril 2, 2024After calling other restoration companies, MacFawn was the only company that was willing to respond quickly. They have a knowledgeable friendly crew who acted swiftly to remove the water from my basement. They did what they promised and completed the job for the quoted price. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need.ObadiYah GoodeMarch 20, 2024These guys came in and worked hard the whole time this is a great company to hire for emergencies. Shout out to Alex, Tanner, and Wes for the peace of mind!Paul McginnMarch 19, 2024The short version of this review would be..."Called MacFawn at 8am, they came, did a fantastic job, and were gone by 2pm". The longer version: Our gravity drain failed and ground water backed up onto our basement floor...including a partially finished carpeted area that was used for storage and was full of stuff. After addressing the standing water (See other review for Vadney Underground Plumbing...5 stars there as well), I intended to do the cleanup myself but it was just too much. I looked at online reviews for Water Restoration companies and MacFawn rated highly so I called them at 8 am on a Friday. I s/w Wesley who initially said that he could have someone come Monday morning, but sensing my dismay put me on hold to check with his guy that was going out to do assessments that day. He came back on and told me that the guy could fit me in and would likely be there later in the day. A few minutes later, he called back to say that they would instead make me their first stop. At 8:45 Zach arrived and looked at my basement. He saw it really couldn't wait and said he could have a crew there at some point that day and gave me a range of what it would likely cost (to me, reasonable). An hour later Erica and Cameron showed up (as well as Austin a short time later) and got to work. They moved everything off the carpet and into another room, took the carpet and pad up and tossed it, then set their fans, dehumidifiers, etc...with everything going in and out the basement window instead of through the house. And they did it all in just a few hours....with smiles on their faces the entire time. They could not have been friendlier or more pleasant to deal with. Monday morning at 9am Erica and Cameron returned and confirmed that all moisure was gone and removed their equipment...again both more pleasant than anyone should be at that time on a Monday morning. From my first contact with Wesley to my last with Erica and Cameron, everyone was professional and friendly and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them. Paul M.
